Let's Start With My TOS:
- When you get art from me, you are free to use it for whatever you'd like! pfps, edits, stickers, etc. You may even turn my art into physical merch like keychains.
- The only methods of payment I accept are PayPal and CashApp. I cannot take robux, gift cards or pretty much anything besides PayPal and Cashapp unfortunately.
- Payment must be 100% up front before I start your commission! You can request any changes during the sketching and line art phase, but once I start color/render i can no longer make changes.
- No refunds. Please only commission me if you know you are able to. I will only refund you if I fall into a situation where I am unable to do your artwork.
- Do not claim my art as your own! You don't always have to credit me (though it is preferred) but just dont claim my art as yours. If you would like to credit me, you may credit me as OctoTape, Tape or Baba. On top of that, please do not trace my art or run my art through AI.
- My TAT is 1-4 weeks but I will contact you if I end up needing more time.
- Payment must be paid within 24 hours after we have agreed you are ready to pay. I do not start drawing until after payment.
- You may always ask for updates. I will always send a sketch but you can ask for lineart and color updates as well or ask to check your placement on my queue.

What I Will Draw:
- Anthro/Feral Furries (most species)
- Humans/Humanoids
- Fandom OCs (Mario, Cookie Run, Hollow Knight, MLP, etc.)
- Bugs
- SFW Agere only
- Simple robots (no complex mech, if you are unsure, just show me the character!)
- Aliens
- simple dragons/dinos
- IRL Pets
- Backrooms/Liminal Space and Horror inspired characters.

What I Will NOT Draw:
- NSFW/Suggestive Art/Fetish Art
- Hate art of any kind (towards another person, race, belief, etc.)
- Heavy gore (I can do cuts, bruises and other minor injuries but I am not familiar yet with true gore art).
- Nudity even if non sexual. (I will draw breasts without nipples if breasts are part of the characters core design features).
- IRL People.
- Realistic monsters/humans.
- Anime.
- Wet/Messy Art (for agere arts).

My Prices:
- Simple Icons (Just the head): $3 flat $5 shaded.
- Headshots/Shoulder Up: $8 flat $10 shaded.
- Fullbodies: $10 flat $12 shaded.
- Reference Sheets: Start at $15 (front and up to 5 accessories). Front, Back and Accessories is $25 and Front, Back, Headshot and Accessories is $32 (Price may increase or decrease depending on what you want in a ref).
- Custom Designs: $15 for just the design and $20 for a front and back ref.
- All pieces come with either a colored background or a transparent background. A more detailed background such as scenes will start at $5 and will increase depending on complexity.
- Additional characters are double the original price for any piece (ie. 2 fullbodies $20).
- I do not charge for clothes and minor accessories unless they are needed for a YCH.
